And yet, by FBI statistics, in the 2014 Uniform Crime Reports, blacks accounted for 51% of homicide arrests, 56% of robbery arrests, 41% of illegal weapons possession arrests -- offenses where the cops would be expected to have guns drawn when making the arrests.

If anything, the cops are trying very hard to avoid shooting black suspects, even if doing so puts them at risk, most likely out of fear of sparking a riot or getting black activists howling for the cops' scalps if they shoot a black.

As we all know, the media uses the term “unarmed” as a synonym for ‘harmless’. The sheer physicality of a 6’ 4”, 300lb ‘unarmed’ behemoth who is intent on inflicting physical injury is a weapon.
