The guest list at Gov. Andrew Cuomo's fundraiser six months ago at a private club in Albany reads like a who's who in prosecutor Preet Bharara's investigation of Cuomo's Upstate economic development projects.

WOH Government Solutions, the firm that lobbyist Todd Howe ran, provided an in-kind contribution to Cuomo's campaign by paying $913 to the Fort Orange Club, where the fundraiser was held the evening of Dec. 14.

Howe, Cuomo's then-deputy secretary Joseph Percoco and executives of COR Development were also at Cuomo's private fundraiser.

A COR subsidiary and COR executives gave Cuomo $25,000 in checks about a month after the fundraiser, Cuomo campaign records show.

Bharara is investigating Howe, Percoco and COR as part of the federal investigation into Cuomo's projects.

Onondaga County Executive Joanie Mahoney - who has not been linked to Bharara's investigation by any news reports - also attended Cuomo's fundraiser in Albany...

Mahoney, one of the governor's top allies in Central New York, declined to answer questions about the Cuomo fundraiser, saying only that it's a story that has already been published. Mahoney, who Cuomo appointed chair of the New York State Thruway Authority's board of directors, was in Albany on the date of the fundraiser to attend a Thruway board meeting....

Bharara subpoenaed Cuomo's office on April 29 for records relating to Howe, a longtime acquaintance of the Cuomo family, Percoco who left the governor's staff in January, and COR.

COR Development, a Syracuse area company, is Cuomo's biggest contributor in Central New York. COR, its subsidiaries, its executives and their spouses have given about $337,500 to Cuomo.

The Cuomo administration has steered state contracts and grants worth millions of dollars to COR

(article):" Mahoney, who Cuomo appointed chair of the New York State Thruway Authority's board of directors, Oh, is this the same Thruway Authority (transportation) who used to own the Erie Canal system (transportation),
and was given to the New York State Power Authority (energy production) to discreetly raise power expenses and thus increase State taxation rates ?..
without accountability to the taxpayers ?
Isn't this just another case of robbing Peter , to pay Paul, without oversight on a tax increase ?

Mario Cuomo,JR. should be in jail. Simple. Unfortunately too many "New Yorkers" who reside in Manhattan love how corrupt he is. The US Attorney will not touch him.
