LGBT argument on man and woman have sex and produce a child. They cite, the inability of hetero’s who are infertile and adopt. I think this was a Court argument- should marriage be based on the ability to procreate or not.

I am no way defending their argument, just stating their thinking and defense argument.

My response has always been that the difference is this: NO two men, nor ANY two women, can naturally conceive and bear a child. Individual cases of infertile couples are the straw man the homosexual lobby always uses.

An argument that should have been used in Obergefell:

Why does the law recognize rape of a woman as something qualitatively different than simple assault? And why is the law’s position on rape unrelated to the potential fertility of the victim?

Infertility on the part of either spouse used to be grounds for divorce or even an annulment.
