It sounds like Capt. Kirk has ordered Mr. Spock and Scotty to jury rig a Klingon Cloaking device into the New Cruiser’s Defensive systems.

That would violate the Treaty of Algeron. What’s really sad is that I didnt even have to look that up. :=(
