If undermined and attacked, then in typical Trump fashion, Mr. Trump would inevitably RETALIATE.
Possibly even PROSECUTING Obama for crimes committed while in office.

The Obungler might issue mass pardons to all the minions in his administration, and other criminals as well. I don’t know how much this will sabotage Trump, but I can see where it would cause a lot of hate and discontent among the troops.
He will purport to grant all illegals citizenship.
While Obama hates Trump and what he stands for, he hates the nation even more. His focus will be on what will hobble the United States.
That has always been his goal, and I believe it will continue to be.
Will Trump suffer the downside of Obama’s actions? Sure. Will he get blamed for some of those things? To the extent he can’t tie Obama to the root causes, certainly.
He will need the best spokesperson he can get, the clearly define why things are Obama’s fault, and not just saying they are like Obama did with Bush.
Nothing was Obama’s fault for the first six years. NOTHING!
Things will start being Trump’s fault within weeks. Count on it.
He’s going to empty our prisons of violent black criminals. Pardon a bunch of thugs. Try to dump as many muzzie refugees on us as possible. That’s just a few.
Finish subordinating the United States to the United Nations and then, through extortion, become UN Secretary General.
I believe the markets, and the economy in general have been hanging by a thread, supported by the Fed and the federal government. I expect they will pull the plug at the right moment, so that it blows a hole in the economy within Trump’s first six months.
I think he will go wild with “monument” creation or other antics along the southern border to try to inhibit the construction of the wall.
Military
He’ll sign the amnesty bill that RINOs and liberals will push through the lame duck session of congress. He’ll applaud the lame duck session confirming his nominee to SCOTUS. He’ll have one great moment of unification with the Romney side of the GOP, and then he’ll get on a helicopter and fly away.
It isn’t what Obama will do to sabotage a Trump administration, it is what the GOPe will do in spite.
Trump could threaten to have Obama tried for treason for the damage he has done to this country.
I think this would only increase his popularity.
For a year ahead of time, Zero will invite all his homeboys to come and spend a night in the White House, specifically asking them to make sure their luggage is infested with lots of cockroaches, rats, fleas, ants and bedbugs, just like he and Moochelle did on day one when he and Moochell first mooved in. Only this time the vermin will have a year to get established, so it’ll be much harder to get rid of them. Donald and Melania will be so busy scratching themselves the first couple of years, they won’t be able to get anything done!

When the election is over and should Trump be elected, Obama will quietly undermine confidence in the US Dollar to make it look like foreign countries are dumping the Dollar in response to Trump being the President Elect. No matter how much corporate likes Trump, we are globally entangled and they will have to adjust with the markets despite the election results.
Obama may also Withdraw Military Personnel allowing conditions to worsen as Trump approaches his inauguration. They will say the escalation of attacks and killing are a reaction to Trump being elected.
Look for the Justice Dept to release statements or file charges that would be a wedge issue between Trump and Hillary. Maybe a reversal of previous findings (new evidence) establishing a cause for reopening cases from the past 7 years. Imagine the outrage if charges were suddenly filed by the DOJ for the deaths of Trayvon Martin, Micheal Brown, Freddie Gray, etc. It's not impossible to expect the clash and drive this would send rippling through the electoral map.
There are many current issues that are highly visible and could easily be amplified to stir up public reaction. Healthcare, just to pick an obvious topic important to Obama.
But a DOJ investigation in voting results after the election and before Trump is sworn in, would be powerful. All they would have to do is warn the public that once Trump is sworn in he could halt any investigation and influence the findings to bury evidence of a stolen election. Obama's final con on his supporters could be to offer them Hope that Trump's election results could Change.
