Two questions:
1. Why didn’t the cops shoot the dog? (Dereliction of duty!)
2. Why resist arrest? (You can beat the charge, but you can’t beat the ride.)

Many people should lose their jobs over this. Starting WAYYYYY at the top.
She apparently never resisted arrest, but was knocked to the ground and beaten by a stupid cop who forgot his citation book back at the office.
Lucky for the dog he didn’t get more agitated or he would have been dead.
They would have shot my German Shepherd for sure, b/c I think he would have been latched on to an officer’s arm!
