A white man alleges in a lawsuit that a Coolbaugh Township community’s black public safety chief discriminated against him and other white public safety officers while showing favoritism to black and Latino officers.

Bryan Rush is suing A Pocono Country Place Public Safety Chief Kurt Cummings and its black human resources director, Cassandra Webster, who Rush claims did nothing to address reverse-discrimination complaints and approved Rush’s termination after Cummings falsely accused him of smoking in a patrol vehicle.

Cummings occasionally made “discriminatory comments about protecting his minorities and other insensitive comments about favoring employees based on race,” Rush’s lawsuit states. Hired in January 2014 as an officer in the A Pocono Country Place Public Safety Department, where black and Latino officers outnumbered white officers at the time, Rush said he was expecting a promotion to corporal that never came. …

When you use the term, “reverse discrimination,” you’ve already begun losing the argument. By suggesting that discrimination is the province of whites, and admitting that “whites started it.”

Discrimination suffices. Racial discrimination, if you must.

That’s the newspaper using the term. Perhaps to gin up opposition to Rush.

Drop the word “reverse”.

This is illegal and unconstitutional.

But the original intention of affirmative action was to make Whites second class citizens. It was never to restore fairness.

Affirmative action requirements. The current Jim Crow laws.

A Pocono Country Place is a Newark Ghetto

Gang bangers, rapists, murders, drug dealers, thieves run that trash heap of a community

You can buy a home in there for 5 grand, because it is one step away from Detroit. Just like Detroit, Newark, Camden, etc, the gang bangers will steal the copper, etc when you leave your home to go to the store. Yes it is that bad in there.

It is quite socialist, with the dues-payers subsidizing the derelicts. At least the hunters don’t stay away.

“When you use the term, “reverse discrimination,” you’ve already begun losing the argument.”

The same can be said for “affirmative action”. Well in a way.
The best and most qualified should get the job. Take professional
sports for example. In some sports blacks dominate because they
are the best and most qualified. “Affirmative action” is
just another word for “racial handicap” and a way around the
the best and the most qualified to appease the true racists.

Racism is the belief that one race is better than another
even if it isn’t one’s on race.

That community is very corrupt

full of section 8 tenets and Newark scum

was the center of a big real estate scandal a decade ago

something about the realtors advertising to blacks in Newark to move there so they can own a home. Using a bank to do the mortgages that sold the mortgages to wall street or something like that. It was a big deal 10 years ago

The place never recovered though

It was never suppose to be a year round place, it was suppose to be a vacation getaway for New Yorkers to get away for the weekends and summer.

“the gang bangers will steal the copper, etc when you leave your home to go to the store.”

To bad booby trapping your house is illegal. Just rehung all
the interior doors in a house here in Houston. Replaced late
20’s era 6 panel mahogany with paint grade poplar. I’m sure
someone loves their wetback contractor for getting them such fine
doors. That’s life in a sanctuary city. At least your allowed
to be armed to the teeth here.

My thoughts exactly. It’s just discrimination.

Absolutely, discrimination is discrimination, there is no reverse and forward. Racism is racism, regardless of the race of the racist.
