I know it is.I've driving cars that require it since early 2009.

It certainly does appear as if Maoists in Europe and the US are trying to kill diesel.To be replaced,presumably,by huge rubber bands I guess,which would be a sight to behold in a locomotive or 18 wheeler.

In the late 1980s I read how 40 percent of European car sales were diesel, but of course, they get good fuel economy.
