maybe you can’t cut SS to people already getting it as they need it, but raise the retirement age for those under 40 to 70 and put the SS tax in a REAL lockbox account.
not thrown in with everything else.
reminds me of how the lotto was going to be for education only.

I do admire Trump’s ability to retake our language from the media.

Let’s change the GOP’s name to the “Nationalist Workers’ Party” — has quite a nice, mellifluous ring!

"A party of people that havent had a real wage increase in 18 years, that are angry." Trump reiterated that cutting Social Security would be a "big mistake" for the GOP, remarking that "[c]utting it the wrong way is a big mistake, and even cutting it [at all]." You're right... Bill Kristol gonna go Glenn Beck on us soon...

Any candidate foolish enough to promise to end social security is a candidate who will never see the white house. How many times does that have to be proven?
Trump’s not stupid.

“Under a President Donald Trump, the Republican Party would become a different one, a broad, populist coalition focused on workers who have gone too long without a raise and on social programs the party establishment has long seen as anathema to its long-term success.”
The Washington elites are extremely angry about this.
To: Abiotic
There’s a reason why a new set of big donors is lining up behind Trump, and that is because the other set of globalist uniparty types have darned near poisoned the well. It will be a worker’s party no doubt, but a sensible one, as distinguished from a bunch of emoting morons.

Leftist rhetoric. What fun.
All lovey dovey with Prince Rebus, how heartwarming.
Republican Party has of course always been more for, and better for, the working man than the Democrats.
It’s a sign of the times that Trump has to use Marxist rhetoric to appeal to conservative Americans.

not sure where you read in the article or on my post or any other post about ending it.
but the retirement age has to be raised.
It was a bad concept but its here and many have paid into it their whole working lives.
People living into their nineties regularly wasn’t considered back then either
