Mishandling Classified Information Leads To Prison (If Your Name Isn’t Clinton)
hotair.com ^ | May 27, 2016

Today Politico has an important story on the fate of Petty Officer First Class Kristian Saucier. Saucier pleaded guilty Friday to taking cell phone pictures of the engine room of his submarine:

Last July, Saucier was indicted on one felony count of unlawful retention of national defense information and another felony count of obstruction of justice. He pleaded guilty Friday to the classified information charge, which is part of the Espionage Act, a prosecution spokesman confirmed. No charge of espionage was filed and no public suggestion has been made that he ever planned to disclose the photos to anyone outside the Navy.

Politico reports Saucier faces up to 10 years but will likely get a sentence of 5-6 years in prison for keeping cell phone pics which he never disclosed, or planned to disclose, to anyone.

The comparison to Clinton’s email server is obvious. In neither case was there any intent to damage national security; nevertheless, there was mishandling of information which could potentially have harmed national security if it had fallen in to the wrong hands.

One suspects that there are many, many cases, just like this (all of which would set up a remarkably inconvenient precedent for one Mrs. Scofflaw/Clinton.)

For the sake of argument, let’s say that the FBI finds out that what Hillary Clinton did was intentional espionage and she is a spy.

What happens then?

What happens to all the nitwits that helped her?

What happens to all the nitwits that have been sticking up for her?

Would the Democrats want that kind of fallout?

It would kill the Democrat Party.

Maybe the Democrats know how the FBI investigation is going and they are willing to have Hillary quit rather than lose the whole party.

I am an elected County Supervisor. The first week I was an office I was forced to take a seminar in email and document protection. There are very specific rules and for good reasons. It was the important thing we learned. I’d be in jail if I did what Mrs. Clinton did.

Maybe Traitor/Pervert Biden’s mishandling and release of classified information in the past will also be brought up again.

Sure, tell that to Sandy Berger who stuffed top secret docs down his pants and snuck them out of the archives. How much time did he do for that? None. He got a pass because he was protecting the Clintons.

The Clinton’s should have their own wing of a federal prison for them and all their criminal buddies.

My level of distain for Hillary will match that of anyone here and I wrote a piece that expresses that, but it would take a lot for me to think she was acting as a spy for a foreign government.

There was also an editorial in today’s NYT denouncing the Witch for her email practices and there are also several other editorials and articles in MSM sources. IMHO none of this is accidental; rather it’s being orchestrated by ValJar on Obola’s orders. The purpose is to soften up the Witch and Slick for Obola’s offer they can’t refuse: drop out of the race for “health reasons” and accept pardons or be indicted.

I guess my question is why did he take the pictures? It seems pretty innocuous. What if he was trying to remember where a certain part or wire went. I do this all the time when working on equipment around the house. Granted this isn’t a nuke sub but still.

oh yeah...FUHRC

That's already out there. Or do you think the various foreign governments were paying the Clinton Crime Family Foundation hundreds of millions of dollars because they thought the Clintons were sincerely interested in charitable work? Its function was Hillary for President 2016 PAC. And since an election is an advance auction on stolen goods, all you have to ask yourself is what are the goods.

Libyan Brig. General Muhammed Hadiyah al-Fayturi, commander of ammuntion and armaments, friendly to the U.S., was assassinated 29 July 2011, due directly to the leaked information transmitted on an unsecure line and stored on an unsecure server. Many hundreds of others, less easily identified, also dead, same reason. Selling confidential/secret/top secret/special access information to multiple foreign governments. Don't know how you call that anything but spying.

Spies don’t care who they act for.

She can be a spy providing information to George Soros.

She can be a spy passing information to foreign businesses.

She can be a spy passing secrets to nations friendly to us.

She can be a spy just putting info up on the Internet to see who will pay her.

She can be a spy passing secrets to someone who sells it on to an enemy.

We had so many years of the Soviet Union that we think spying is always about someone selling or giving secrets to communists. It isn’t always that way.

When we have so many untouchable dishonest top political figures we are no better than a corrupt banana republic, especially when the RINO’s aid and abet them and a voting populace keeps electing them.
