As I read the transcript, the computer - that didn’t use a password - was never set up
The quote: “She wouldn’t have had a password.” would have applied to the alternative offered Hillary; it was never implemented.

Correct me if I’m wrong but couldn’t remote access be utilized? I’m pretty sure I’ve seen some hacks for remote controlling computers.

As I read the transcript, it would have been a secure computer in her office. It was offered to Her Highness to relieve one of her problems with technology. But was not accepted.
I think this story is very misleading.

The way she phrased it was to give the impression that because the SS was ‘on guard’, there were no security breaches. This was the first presser she did after her private server/email situation was ‘discovered’ & recall thinking that either SHE was really stupid or she thought WE were. At this point, I think it’s both.
Even taking that all into account, it’s still another order of magnitude. Just wow.

Aide loses personal BlackBerry
Just over a year later, Mills lost her personal BlackBerry. Emails obtained by TheDC show that on March 20, 2010 she emailed Bryan Pagliano to ask for help in transferring her contact list.
Pagliano was the State Department IT specialist who managed Clinton’s private email system.
Mills appears to have used a Gmail account which was synced up to her BlackBerry. The trove of Clinton emails released by the State Department show that Mills received two now-classified emails on that personal account.
Wow. I think now I may be more confused than ever! ;-)
