He intends to destroy us before then if it comes to that. He first however, intends to set aside Trump and install his own puppet through subversion instead.
Remember that Barry has pretended to channel Abe Lincoln and Ronald Reagan is bragging about some of his actions. With respect to the DOJ, he's harking back to Andrew Jackson, who in disagreeing with a Supreme Court decision, said, "John Marshall (the supreme court chief justice) has made his decision. Now let him enforce it."
