A federal judge has ordered the release of internal Trump University documents in an ongoing lawsuit against the company, including "playbooks" that advised sales personnel how to market high-priced courses on getting rich through real estate.
The Friday ruling, in which Judge Gonzalo Curiel cited heightened public interest in presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, was issued in response to a request by The Washington Post. The ruling was a setback for Trump, whose attorneys argued that the documents contained trade secrets.

Trump, who previously questioned whether Curiel's Hispanic heritage made him biased due to Trump's support for building a wall on the Mexican border, said Friday that Curiel "happens to be, we believe, Mexican." Trump called the judge a "hater of Donald Trump" who had "railroaded" him in the case.
"I think Judge Curiel should be ashamed of himself. I think it's a disgrace that he is doing this," Trump said.

Actually this is the cue for Donald’s team to start presenting like material on his rivals.
In all this brouhaha I wonder, did the lessons actually make sense? One can only go so far towards teaching attitude. Someone who wanted a sure fire get rich quick scheme would probably be disappointed. They probably wouldn’t have the patience to carry through with Trump’s ideas.

How are papers for a pending case released while the case is pending? And to a newspaper which has no standing?
I wouldn’t want to be this judge, standing before his Maker, on Judgement Day.

I suspect such blatant judicial moves will be appealed.
I have no idea, but am wondering if articles of impeachment can be brought against him?

Left wing book publishers pull the same crap as American pharmaceutical companies. Sell high to Americans and make more money selling low to others. I bought a text book listed for $225 by the American publisher from online sources who sold the same book printed by an Indian publisher for $25. A few years ago the practice of selling books printed by foreign publishers would have been illegal. The courts rule otherwise. The really amazing fact was the book was warehoused in India. It took two days to get it by way of DHL.
