Cruz by far ... as usual on paper ... the more intelligent ... but Rubio takes things as a normal human being, has the humility to look at himself objectively, point out his own errors, respect the winner despite disagreeing, learn a lesson, and move on.

Emotional intelligence vs on-paper intelligence. I have deep doubts even about Cruz's actual intelligence just as I do Obama's.
