Newt talks about all the changes and replacements Trump will have to make along with “smooshing” people to get what he wants...”won’t be easy my any means” he says....then he goes on to say there could be a big change in our countries economy by just 2017 with Trump and his policies.
Ha! No... He was talking about the way California allows an over abundance of water to flow into the ocean rather than containing it for farming. I’m in Texas. Our lakes have not been full in a few years. We had drought restrictions in place. This rain is great... The hail not so much! Unfortunately several people have been harmed and lives lost by the flooding in some areas of Texas.

I used to deliver newspapers at 3AM in Central Illinois, with a car, listening to the Moody Bible Institute’s broadcasts. Their early AM program would consist of reading the Bible- word for word, chapter and verse. Bourbonnais, Illinois, correct?

One of my favorite memories as a child was from the top of Prudential building. It was CHRISTMAS season. YUGE snow flakes started falling. Lights from autos lit up the streets like tree lights. A group of Girl scouts started singing Silent Night and the entire group joined in with gorgeous harmony Until that evening I had always pictured a field when I heard that song Now I picture Chicago at peace.

Good speech. I do think he needs some new material for the general. I think he needs to get more specific going after hillary. Ask the media why they never followed up on the missing 6 billion. Needs to question the foundation money and ask for an accounting of what went to Haiti. Needs to ask why she never sent more security to Benghazi, etc.
