All things adding up fairly, and no new rules appearing the week before the convention actually convenes, Rubio’s pledge of delegates is mute, since TRUMP wins on the first ballot.
That, and Rubio has humbled himself toward TRUMP as the nominee that he will be voting for.
Besides, the delegates are free to vote as they wish at this point, since Rubio abandoned the race. “Suspending” is a term that allows the candidate time to simply pay off any campaign debt.

It sounded good when Newt said that, but the first thing I thought is that it implies there is no corruption with Obama.
It’s a good slogan for this election, but to think that Obama is without corruption is delusional.
