I have not been able to find a marriage certificate, and I’ve been reading that no one has.
It should have been announced in some newspaper, but I suspect that the Canadian birth certificate suggests that Eleanor and Rafael had never officially married.
There have been two divorce records found for Rafael, one from each wife. Both ocurred in the 90’s. That would mean Rafael was still married when he married Ted’s mom. Seems Rafael was a bigamist.
