The lawyers’ association to which Judge Gonzalo Curiel belongs was co-founded by a man who publicly bragged about Hispanics taking over California and all of the state’s governmental institutions–and insisted that whites should go back to Europe. The group, the California La Raza Lawyers Association, has been widely defended as “not pro-Mexican” by mainstream media outlets, though the outlets failed to report the inflammatory statements of the man listed first as a founder, Mario Obledo.

Donald Trump is far from the first white male (in a few instances, white female) to be shafted in a judicial proceeding by such a leftist appointment and hiring policy, just the most prominent. It's a very common occurrence in courtrooms across the country where leftist court officials (especially "minorities") abuse their power to the detriment of white males who appear as parties before them in civil criminal, and administrative cases.
It all results in a loss of basic integrity and fairness in the judicial system, which continues to crumble with rest of society as leftist values undermine our bedrock American institutions.

La Raza “The Race” is not referring to European heritage or blood; La Raza does not admit, in its philosophical outlook, to having European blood in the same fashion that Obama does not admit to having Caucasian/American blood in his philosophical outlook. That is why it says that Europeans have to go back to Europe.
You can dial up La Raza and take it up with them, and any number of Mexicans.

Cesar Chavez vs. La Raza

When I wrote a few months ago about the origins of “la raza” as a racial-supremacist concept (developed in the ‘20s and ‘30s on the idea of the biological superiority of mestizos), Janet Murguia, head of the National Council of La Raza, pointed and sputtered over at the Huffington Post.
Well, while reading a memoir/history of the immigration reform movement by retired historian Otis Graham (who’s on CIS’s board), I find out that even Cesar Chavez rejected the “la raza” idea as inherently racist. Graham quoted a 1969 New Yorker profile by Peter Matthiessen:
“I hear more and more Mexicans talking about la raza—to build up their pride, you know,” Chavez told me. “Some people don’t look at it as racism, but when you say ‘la raza,’ you are saying an anti-gringo thing, and it won’t stop there. Today it’s anti-gringo, tomorrow it will be anti-Negro, and the day after it will be anti-Filipino, anti-Puerto Rican. And then it will be anti-poor-Mexican, and anti-darker-skinned Mexican. ... La raza is a very dangerous concept. I speak very strongly against it among the chicanos.”
And in Sal Si Puedes: Cesar Chavez and the New American Revolution, his 1970 biography, Matthiessen talked to Chavez deputy Leroy Chatfield:
“That’s one of the reasons he is so upset about la raza. The same Mexicans that ten years ago were talking about themselves as Spaniards are coming on real strong these days as Mexicans.
Everyone should be proud of what they are, of course, but race is only skin-deep. It’s phony and it comes out of frustration; the la raza people are not secure.
They look upon Cesar as their ‘dumb Mexican’ leader; he’s become their saint. But he doesn’t want any part of it. He said to me just the other day, ‘Can’t they understand that that’s just the way Hitler started?’
A few months ago the Ford Foundation funded a la raza group and Cesar really told them off. The foundation liked the outfit’s sense of pride or something, and Cesar tried to explain to them what the origin of the word was, that it’s related to Hitler’s concept.”
In 1968, the Ford Foundation started the Southwest Council of La Raza, presumably the “outfit” Chatfield was referring to, which five years later changed its name to the National Council of La Raza.

The death certificate for the father of the controversial Mexican judge confirms that Curiel’s parents were not U.S. citizens when he was born.
Death records from Indiana records confirm that Salvador Curiel died a Mexican citizen in 1964… not as the New York Times’s Alan Rappeport reported in an anti-Donald Trump article.
But Rappeport claimed that the elder Curiel had died a U.S. citizen. He didn’t.
Here’s what Rappeport wrote:
Judge Curiel, 62, was born in East Chicago, Ind., to parents who had emigrated from Mexico. Raul Curiel said their father, Salvador, arrived in Arizona as a laborer in the 1920s, eventually receiving citizenship and becoming a steelworker. Their parents were married in Mexico in 1946, and their mother, Francisca, became a citizen after joining her husband in the United States.
In fact Salvador Curiel never received U.S. citizenship and Francisca became a citizen in 1969–five years after her husband died and 18 years after her last son — the future judge Gonzalo Curiel — was born.
So the New York Times got it wrong. They didn’t do their fact checking. Oops.
Could the fact that Mexican telecom billionaire Carlos Slim’s ownership of The New York Times have played a role?

Of course they are white. Spain is in Western Europe. The Spanish royal family married into most of the other European royal houses for centuries. Henry VIII's first wife, Catherine of Aragon was a Spanish princess.
