Hillary Clinton made history last week when she became the first woman to represent a major political party as the presumptive Democratic nominee. Her good week got even better when President Obama and Sen. Elizabeth Warren formally endorsed her.
Donald Trump, on the other hand, received quite a bit of negative attention from inside his own party, including a few Republicans walking away from their previous endorsements of him. Influence of the events of the past week is evident in the most recent NBC News|SurveyMonkey Weekly Election Tracking Poll, which shows Clinton leading Trump by 7 points, 49 percent to 42 percent. The poll was conducted online June 6 through June 12 among 9,355 adults who say they are registered to vote.

As for Chris Matthews & the Washington Post....let me assure you that the overwheming majority of American voters know that Barack Hussein Obama is the enemy of the USA and Hillary Clinton, is a weak excuse for any sort of politician. Just stay tuned over the next few weeks and watch those poll numbers rise dramatically for Donald J. Trump and stay there through to election day.

Hillary is eminently beatable, there is no question about that.
Trump has already convinced the Freeper crowd to vote for him.
Unfortunately we represent a very small slice of the electorate.
He needs to convince some independents and soft Dems to go his way.
Muslim bans, WaPo bans, and accusing the president of supporting Islamic terrorism is not the way to get this done.
He needs to focus on the following:
1) Lowest labor force participation rate in over 30 years
2) Stagnant middle class wages for 30 years
3) Hillary is a career politician who has never created a job in her life and has no understanding of how the private sector works.
4) Stop spending money overseas and on providing defense for freeloaders, cut government waste, and spend the money saved here rebuilding this great nation
5) Reduce the corporate tax rate (highest in the developed world) and make more foreign companies come here rather than US companies flee overseas.
If he focuses on these things and tempers himself a bit, he has a puncher’s chance. Otherwise a Democrat will be naming the next 3-4 Supreme Court judges.
