The bible book of Revelation, which is commonly honored in Christianity as an accurate prophecy, does not even seem to show anything that looks like Islam. Eventually a single world religion appears to charm all humanity that has not given itself to Jesus Christ. It does not look like it is run from Mecca, either.

This looks like it might be the result of an evangelization that was good enough to take care of Islam, followed by another falling away of the people group represented by the sons of Ishmael. God warned that this people group would be beset by notable trouble.

The number of the man, 666, that John, The Revelator, would have seen in Greek was not a number but these Greek letters which represent the number 666, "chi xi stigma" (yes, stigma, an archaic Greek letter)...

Does that look familiar?

Compare chi xi stigma to this, the name of Allah in Arabic, and the two crossed swords of the Muslim Brotherhood. Keep in mind, this would have no meaning to John at that time.

Revelation 20:4 Then I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony of Jesus and because of the word of God, and those who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received the mark on their forehead and on their hand; and they came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.

I think the beheading *could* represent Islamic terrorism. But I also think that the mark of the beast (the end time beast power) is not going to be Islam. I think it's going to be a powerful backlash against Islam that ends up being worse then Islam.
