WALLACE: So, does this create a conflict of interest for you?

LYNCH: No, this is not a conflict for me and for the department or for anyone. We will continue to do all of our work in the same language we always have, with the interest of the American people first and foremost.

WALLACE: Now, the same day that Clinton was endorsed by the president, you met with the president at the White House. Did you in any way, shape or form discuss the Clinton case with the president?

LYNCH: We’ve never discussed the Clinton case. I have never spoken about it with the president or really with anyone at the White House. That's not the kind of relationship that I have with people there and it would be inappropriate to do so.

WALLACE: Attorney General Lynch, thank you. Thanks for your time today.

(Bold emphasis added above.)
SERKIT COMMENTS:
Like the Obama regime, and especially the Clintons method of messaging, parsing is required to get through the obfuscation. Based on Lynch's comments, she is more interesting in "language" than the law, and places heavy emphasis in the "interest of the American people first and foremost" - however the Regime interprets that phrase.

The bottom line here is that Loretta Lynch needs to be asked a fairly simple question:
If the FBI investigators bring a criminal case against Mrs Clinton to the DoJ, citing that Mrs Clinton broke one or more laws related to her failure to "take care" of public documents or avoidance of national security breaches, which she was sworn to do, admitted she failed to do, and has publicly apologized for, will the DoJ follow the law, or be influenced by the "interest of the American people first and foremost", meaning, the President's endorsement of Mrs Clinton trumps the rule of law and the case will be quashed? (We can't have Trump!)

"...We will continue to do all of our work in the same language we always have, with the interest of the American people first and foremost...."

The interest of the American people is subjective. The rule of law is not. Not the same thing, Loretta.

"We will continue to do all of our work in the same language we always have, with the interest of the American people first and foremost."

This is a dangerous and revealing mis-statement. Their job is to FOLLOW AND ENFORCE THE LAW, period.

Of course it is in the ultimate "interest" (properly understood) of the American people that the laws be enforced, but when liberals talk about "interest of the American people" instead of the LAW they are busy substituting their "creative" interpretations of what our elites think is better for us. Such "interest" is liberal code for "WE know what is best for you peasants."

It will be easy for Lynch and here colleagues to decide that their view of "the interest of the American people" requires that Shrillary not be indicted, no matter what the evidence and law may say.

"Will Lynch follow the rule of law?"

Might as well ask - Will Hillary drop 50 pounds of ugly fat by Thursday?

Well now that Wallace has cleared the air about the honesty of AG Lynch, we can all see justice done to a crooked politician.....

What we actually can see is how corrupt our government really is....and...what an apt lair Loretta Lynch is. Ms. Lynch and Obama will place Hillary...

WILL LYNCH FOLLOW THE RULE OF LAW (Clinton email case)?

I'll take rhetorical questions for $200, Alex.

There is no rule of law. It is King Obama’s rules. He has continued his quest on killing America. Done a great job and not finished until he has turned America into as third world country with no law but Muslim crap.

Refuges have killed so much of America now and it will continue with a huge influx.

Trump for President. Only chance since the GOPe is one of King Obama’s army.

GRRRRREAT posts BUMP!

Sometimes the law places the whole apparatus of judges, police, prisons, and gendarmes at the service of the plunderers, and treats the victim — when he defends himself — as a criminal.

You would use the law to oppose socialism? But it is upon the law that socialism itself relies. Socialists desire to practice legal plunder, not illegal plunder. Socialists, like all other monopolists, desire to make the law their own weapon. And when once the law is on the side of socialism, how can it be used against socialism? For when plunder is abetted by the law, it does not fear your courts, your gendarmes, and your prisons. Rather, it may call upon them for help.
