Amen to that. What makes me angry at myself is that one time his opinion meant something to me. Oh well, fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
I’m pretty sure that this was Trump’s sixth time using a teleprompter. He used it before for his:
1. AIPAC speech on Israel
2. Foreign policy overview speech
3. Energy independence speech in ND
4. Final primaries (June 7) victory speech
5. Post-Orlando terrorism/immigration speech
6. Anti-Hillary speech
There had also been some speculation about whether he would use a teleprompter for his NRA speech, but he had it written down on paper instead (and he interjected parts of his stump speech and other off-the-cuff comments among the pre-prepared remarks).
OK...elected Governor twice as a republican in a completely hostile blue state of NJ...
Just imagine what he could have done if he was a first tier politician !!!

Trump has used them before. He uses them when he is giving a serious policy speech. I think this was the third time.

Rush is on board, and I welcome his voice. If Levin comes around, I'm going to welcome him as an ally too, we need all the help we can get. I never could listen to Levin (just can't stand his voice), but I used to listen to first hour of Rush most days. I was thrilled with how good Rush was yesterday as a member of the Trump team.
I may not listen to Rush during primaries, I had fully stopped for several months while he went on his Cruzer insanity. I may never regain full confidence in him, but it's really good that he is now on board, and using his talents fully for Trump. The Cruzers in his audience needed to hear that.
I’ve been listening to Laura for some time now. IIRC she’d been pro Trump from day one. She was also pro Cruz. Her issues are open borders and jobs. She was black listed months ago by the #NeverTrump neocons.
I doubt it. Expect the criticism to re-start tonight.

Even Michael Medved praised Trump’s speech. A lot of these neverTrump talk show types are coming around and that’s a good thing.
You and I are in agreement on the Never Trumpers, of whom Levin is chief. They are a lost cause. There are many more Bernie supporters that could be converted.
Rush and Levin are solid conservatives. Levin was hard to listen to for a few months but that hardly cancels out decades of devotion to conservative principals.
Rush was never anti-Trump.
No wonder conservatism has such a hard time, we so called conservatives eat each other over and over and over again.

I will take your word for it. If you say you are, as far concerned, you are. Your joking instead of cussing me out tells me that you have good character and morals. So if you say that you are a Conservative, I believe you. I am going back to reading only now. There are times when it is for the best that I do not post. But why the question about the teleprompter?
