They’re “in the shadows” because they are ILLEGAL immigrants, aka criminals. And like the parasitic cockroaches they are, they scatter when you shine a light on them (assuming they know you actually intend to do something about their unwanted presence).
I am thinking that they can get out of the shadows and take the next bus out of the USA, where they won’t have to live “in the shadows” any more.

And I don’t argue because because, one, when you’re at a great restaurant with a bunch of hedge fund managers and their wives, you know you’re not going to get them to like Trump when they’re not ready to hear it
But also because I know, after lo these many years, if they can’t see what’s wrong with Hillary by now, they’re insane. And I never argue with insane people.

At the job I worked at until it was fully taken over by Mexicans, who come from Mexico with a lot of Mexican money and who, are here just to make a lot of dough and take advantage of us guilt ridden dupes, hiring Mexican only, and obviously resent speaking what I guess they think passes for English, they say things like, ‘oh, yes my father was in jail for immigrating’ As if all that American ‘slavery and nazi stalag-like’ thinking will soon be gone. They hate us and are not shy about expressing it. They think we’re going to keep giving it over. As if they’ve just begun. As if they are a part of the oppressed slaves who were taken from Africa 250 years ago during a time that America has since declared was a time of erroneous thinking, which, by the way, will be like larceny compared with the scene that regretting abortion will be like when we do finally come around to admitting that we are allowing the murder of innocents by the millions, but I digress
The way we treat Mexicans is red carpet infused with guilt. It’s just corrupt corporatists using psy ops on us in order to make more money. Kind of like The Mexicans think it’s going to improve from this for them. It’s not. When they see the writing on the wall they’ll lash out, too

Excellent point. Appears the nobody on the Editorial Board at the Washington Post has a TV or don’t pay attention or don’t have internet access. If the did, they would have been able to observe that for themselves.
Hey Washington Post editors... these folks are NOT immigrants they’re ILLEGALS and if they want to ‘get out of the shadows’ they can GO HOME to the countries they came from... In those countries THEY’RE TOTALLY LEGAL... BECAUSE THAT’S WHERE THEY BELONG.
