The illegals need to be brought out of the shadows and kicked out of the country.
No matter what side of the issue you are on it is the legislative branch that writes the laws. In this case the executive branch is executing policy that violates that law. Less than an 8-0 against the government shows the partisanship of the Court.
Nobody should be surprised at this. This is largely the same court that rewrote the ACA bill to make Obamacare legal and undermine the right to property with the abysmal Kelo decision.
Well, the election in November will have them packing for the sunshine of their homelands, so it will all be good and they will no longer have to live in the shadows.
The Supreme Court leaves the rule of law intact.

I clicked your link, and then clicked the link to the original report. I didn't get to read the original report because the federal agency that created it (the FDIC) no longer exists.
I'd be willing to bet this is just about the only section of the Justus Department that has been shut down in recent years. Clearly this agency was not properly focused on celebrating diversity and deserved to be de-funded.
And when they go home, their families’ real homes, they can come out and be real, legal, productive citizens. Just not here, we don’t need them, we don’t want them, and they need to leave now or, hopefully, be deported. I say to all of them, Go Home, this is America, you do not belong here. Be gone.
