I believe you are saying that Comey WILL bring charges, Your phrasing was a little awkward, not sure what you meant.

There is no evidence of wrongdoing against Mrs. Clinton.

There has always been no evidence of wrongdoing against Mrs. Clinton.

Orwell would have been proud of this charade.

Well that’s what happens when trash from Pravda/Russia Today is posted on a conservative website.

Since you've complained twice on this thread regarding RT, yes their news story is not correct regarding "recusing herself". But neither are several other news sources from our Nation this morning. RT is proving to be no less reliable than Pravada/New York Times, Pravada/Washington Post, or Pravada/American TV Networks.

Might want (occasionally) to get the RT view of things also. You might be surprised what you can find with the word "Russian" in the news source title.

Sorry I was so verbose! Yes, I believe Comey will recommend that HRC be indicted, and I believe the charges would be felonies, not misdemeanors. (Remember that the FBI recommended that Petraeus be indicted for a felony, and Eric Holder knocked it down to a misdemeanor.)

The public is more interested in the comings and goings of the Kardashians and the latest ‘romance’ of Taylor Swift than they are by the fundamental issues affecting the survival of this nation.

We’re pretty much doomed at this point.

The Clintons tried a blatant strong arm on Lynch so she threw up her hands and walked away.

So far your explanation seems most plausible.

These Clinton's have got to be a pain in the ass to everyone around them and especially in Obama's orbit.

The Clinton's paranoia and intimidation on the plane was a result of panic.

Personally I think Bill would be fine with Hillary in the clink - I think now he worried about himself too

“So it appears that she got caught and screwed up big time.”

This makes you wonder why they wouldn’t teleconference or handle things with a phone call. Or email. Who would spy on those things? :-)

True! And out of those who are politically wired, "candidate junkies," most can be snookered by quick-talking, especially when the subject is legally technical.

What is going on at the Just-Us department and the Federal Bureau of Incompentency makes the Kestone Cops look so much better.

Is Comey a kayaker?

He is definitely swimming in the deep end of the pool now - wonder if he bumps in to Ed Snowden. By the way who did kill the director?

When is it big news when an AG tells you they’ll do their job? When they work for Obama and he’s already endorsed the skank being investigated. This means one thing and one thing only. There will no criminal referral coming from Comey’s Keystone Cops

How? Comey is not AG

Legally, the situation has not really changed. She's never going to prison. Ever. But it's the political situation that's changed.

If Comey played it by the book, he would have handed over the results of his investigation and walked away, leaving it with Lynch, Obama, the Clintons and the media to spin it.

Lynch has changed everything with this statement, again politically not legally.

Not bound by professionalism any longer, Comey is obligated now to say "indict" or "she didn't break any laws", and she absolutely undeniably broke laws regarding her handling of classified data.

Comey cannot maintain his professional reputation and respect in the intelligence community without publicly listing her crimes and recommending she be prosecuted for them. Politically that's a stake in the heart, regardless of the legal machinations down the road that keep her out of jail.

Whenever there’s an in-person meeting, big things are being discussed and deals are being struck. If we knew what the quid pro quo really was, I think we’d all be amazed. You can be pretty sure that Lynch got big time assurances she would be taken care of in exchange for her cooperation.

Its looking more and more like Comey can’t be bought off so they’re planning on how to contain the damage. Just my humble opinion.

Maybe Lynch gave Bill a penile plethysmograph test in anticipation of further legal actions.

It’s also possible that Lynch felt smothering pressure from the Clinton machine and leaked the story herself. The public news of this wildly inappropriate meeting gave her the out to walk away from it all.
