I automatically assume that several people know what is going to happen before it happens, but chose not to tell the authorities. Some, probably the minority, fail to act out of fear, others, probably the majority, don’t inform on them because they either secretly or not so secretly approve of what is about to happen. That is why Trump is right to ban any further entry of Muslims into the country.
