And no it doesn’t most fundamentally mean a bunch of rules; it means accepting the love of a Savior with power that transforms. Those with a mere list of rules can be pressured into weaseling around the rules. Those who know what the life of the Savior is like, will stick to that and be found faithful unto death.

Many gay Christians feel the same way. Especially, but by no means exclusively, a large number of Catholic priests.

The primary task of a “Christian group” is to bring people to a state of grace, to draw them away from mortal sin.
So, here’s what really happened:
ChristianMingle just surrendered that mission, and empowered the devil.
