You know, you are right. If she skates he says "See? rigged!" and if she's indicted nobody is going to be talking about how Trump's sources were inaccurate, they'll be talking about how his opponent is a crook. Very clever actually.

Clinton and Lynch are lawyers. They would not risk appearing to interfere with the investigation - if there was not to be an indictment they would completely undermine that finding by having the meeting.

I would add, Trump’s AG is going to reopen the case, which will be the closest we will every get to true justice.

Once that happens the VOMIT FROM HELL will play the victim card against trump and succeed. So it’s kinda like a two way street.. Clearly the fix is in and the snake will never be convicted or accused of any wrongdoing. The best thing trump can do is start throwing lots and lots of money on ads in every battleground state! I think I saw the Trump plane fly over my house in CT about 15 minutes ago. Had all the markings but I could not grab my binoculars fast enough to confirm.

Ok so let me get this straight. Its the FBI that can bring charges or not but the AG has to decide to indict or not?
I dont see how the FBI ‘could not’ with what they have bring charges but the AG can nix them— thus no indictment. Someone with a legal background please clarify if I’m wrong.
