First of all, the FBI investigation is not over. They interview the target last. They will now begin looking for inconsistencies in testimony from various players. Then they will begin pitting testimonies against one another to find even more inconsistencies.

I for one still have confidence in the FBI. There are hundreds of patriotic, law abiding folks in the organization that will not go along with perverting the agency's integrity. I have high hopes that in the end they will do the right thing.

Keep in mind, precedence will be set. If Hillary is allowed to get by with accepting foreign money for State access, Obstruction of investigations, destruction of evidence, mishandling sensitive info, allowing our secrets to be hacked, money laundering, perjury, conspiracy....cases from this point on into the future will also be tainted by using the defense that others did these things and were not held accountable. It blows a hole in every future investigation.

Hillary may be one of many targets, several of which have yet to be interviewed. I think there are others and that this will drag on a while longer.

Well, with the corrupt Obamaistas in charge, your confidence is misplaced.

Bill and Hillary and probably even Chelsea could be charged with RICO violations. That’s how filthy this crime family/syndicate is.

I’m with you. I haven’t lost all faith in the FBI agents; nor do I believe 140 agents and staffers who put long hours into this investigation will simply pack up their game gear and go quietly home if there is no recommendation for an indictment.

If Coney fails to recommend Hillary be prosecuted, it calls into question the competence and integrity of those line agents. I don’t expect them to tolerate that too well.

I don’t expect Lynch to have the integrity to indict, of course. But, Hillary will be damaged plenty just by the recommendation.

For most activities the FBI can be trusted but not when it involves Democratic Party elites. The politics will not allow it and their is real fear among many for the consequences personally if they go against the Dem gang.

They'd better get their mind right on Herr Hillary.

If she walks, more than a few people might get the idea that the FBI is nothing more than a crowd of glorified gunthugs for a corrupt, felonious American political elite.

You’re right, but here is the problem: relative priorities for the ruling class. Which is more important for them? Long term legitimacy or short term power?

Bet on power every time and you’ll rarely be wrong.

“I for one still have confidence in the FBI.”

I wish I felt the same. But my sources tell me that - despite the integrity of many, many agents - Comey is a DC insider and he will not recommend indictment. He is a creature of the uniparty.

I have no confidence in the FBI whatsoever. They purged Orlando records of “Islam” and “Islami”. They very likely lied in the TWA 800 case. Even if there are “good people” they are brought into line just as they were by Clinton prior to 9/11 when they were no permitted to get the terrorists.
