I concur. The FBI has investigated and is turning all the evidence etc over to the DOJ professional prosecutors that will make the decision on whether there is adequate grounds to go forward with an indictment. The FBI did not produce a finding of guilt or innocence.
The DOJ pros will make a decision that will be accepted by the Attorney general if she keeps her word.
As I understand the process, the FBI can not and does not make the decision to indict or bring the case to trial.
The way forward will likely not be announced before the election

What took place at that meeting was that Lynch passed BJ all of the material relevant to the questions the FBI would ask.

There are other legal cases pending. The judge can still order the Clinton Foundation emails released if he has the balls (may be a she).
There is going to be fallout from this for a long time to come. Even if she is elected to the position she has long coveted, it isn't going to go well for her. Actions do have consequences.
There is still recourse to prayer for divine justice. I don't mean striking people dead or other horrendous things, just bar corrupt people from holding and prospering in public office. Maybe there wouldn't be anybody left to run it's that bad.
