BREAKING: FBI RECOMMENDS NO PROSECUTION OF HILLARY CLINTON!!!
FOX NEWS LIVE ^ | 07-05-2016 | cww

Posted on 07/05/2016 8:13:59 AM PDT by CWW

WOW -- JUST WOW!!!

sloppiness, negligence, etc. but not willful and intentional acts

162 emails contained classified email.

8 - top secret

2000 emails up classified to make confidential.

Several thousand work-related emails discovered that Hillary didn't disclose.

No evidence of intentional deletion.

Evidence of Extreme Carelessness in Handling Email. There's evidence that Hillary and others should have known that handling of emails was improper.

No proof of hacking, but hacking by hostile actors may have occurred.

FBI Recommends: No Prosecution.

“Do such men still exist?”

No, not in any part of the U.S. Government.

In a 15-minute talk, Comey managed to dishonor himself, to dishonor the Federal Bureau of Investigation and to spit in the face of the American people, the rule of law and our national security.

I think concern for his own personal safety may have had something to do with it. Remember, these are the Clintons we're talking about here. But you're right, of course. Welcome to the Banana Republic of America.

Even if Hillary dies before the Election she’ll still be elected President.

Well, here's hoping we get a chance to test your theory.

Is this a case of Comey trying to give the public facts that support an indictment then following orders and not moving on it?

I’m asking if he had to let her off but laid out why she should have been indicted. Sort of like a hostage giving a code word.

There should be a picture of Comey standing there delivering his spiel and a cartoon balloon above him saying: "I can't believe I'm saying this crap. "

Comey laid out a case for prosecution, IMHO. But he then said he’d not recommend prosecution. maybe this is what we’ve been hearing would happen all along. obama would not permit an indictment but the FBI would make it clear that she broke the law. If so we can expect a bunch of leaks in the coming days.

Another article on this — no wonder Lynch said she will accept the FBI recommendations. The Clintons already knew this. Bill probably told her at the time they met.

F.B.I. Recommends No Charges Against Hillary Clinton for Use of Personal Email

http://www.nytimes.com/2016/07/06/us/politics/hillary-clinton-fbi-email-comey.html?_r=0

“Mr. Comey said “no reasonable prosecutor” would bring a case against Mrs. Clinton for her handling of classified information on her private server. But he said Mrs. Clinton and her staff were “extremely careless” in their use of email.

The F.B.I.’s recommendation to the Justice Department will have an enormous impact on the presidential election.

Attorney General Loretta Lynch said on Friday that she would accept whatever recommendation she received from the F.B.I.”

We are now officially a Banana Republic, My FRiend. We have, unofficially. been one since obama occupied the White House in 2009, but today’s action makes it official. The law[s] only apply to the peons, serfs, and slaves. Get used to it. Because when witchhazel gets in the White House, she is coming after us.

To: I want the USA back

Just goes to show the federal institutions, down to the individual officials, are just as corrupt as their political masters.

So apparently scrubbing the classification markings off of memos so that they can be sent via unsecured email to people without a clearance constitutes carelessness, but not willful criminal behavior.

Okay.

And just how much classified information is allowed? One time? Two? One hundred?

How many?

ONE IS to many.

There as no way they were ever going to indict her. I knew this would happen, and always looked on the bright side, we can now use this against her. Trump is NOT dissapointed.
