No proof of hacking, but hacking by hostile actors may have occurred.
FBI Recommends: No Prosecution.

As someone posted, look on the bright side. Haglary is going to be easily beaten. She’s the weakest candidate by far. If Biden had stepped in, he would have been much harder for Trump to beat.

Trump might say. Now that the FBI has outlined some of Hillary’s wrong doing and how she exposed classified info to possible enemy hackers and has been deemed grossly negligent who in their right mind would vote for her?

Trump certainly has a lot of proof now that she is a liar and incompetent and I’m sure he will use it.
They “MATTER” to the public. Maybe Comey can dance around the truth, but a log of folks would likely change their minds about Hitlary, if they really knew the substance of what she allowed to fall into our enemies hands. And Comey just said “he doesn't know” if anything was actually hacked, so these revelations would necessarily trash his “phony presentation!”
