Several thousand work-related emails discovered that Hillary didn't disclose.
No evidence of intentional deletion.
Evidence of Extreme Carelessness in Handling Email. There's evidence that Hillary and others should have known that handling of emails was improper.
No proof of hacking, but hacking by hostile actors may have occurred.
FBI Recommends: No Prosecution.

May be the pass on prosecution might, just might be a blessing.
In the military, a charge of mishandling classified information doesn’t even begin to consider intent unless evidence of espionage exists. You left the safe open, you go to jail.

I now truly hope that it’s me that has been so completely wrong about Bill and Hillary Clinton all this time, and that every liberal I know is actually right and I’m wrong.
If I’m wrong, and Hillary and Bill Clinton are the lovable, wonderful, caring, philanthropic (admittedly rascally) saints that the left believes they are, than it is actually better for this country and for every American.
Because if I’ve been right al this time—that Bill and Hillary Clinton are the very epitome of evil on earth—and they are setting up their hopeful perpetual earthly reign, than as Captain Obvious might say, “that’s actually worse for this country and for every American.”
So I do hope that I’m wrong on them, that it’s just been my unreasonable and unsubstantiated bias against the Clintons all these years, and not what I truly feel they are.
Either way, America does not really appear to be a country of laws anymore... anyone else would be in prison on the items that Comey just exposed this morning alone.
Why give someone immunity (IT guy) if you weren’t going to prosecute? All who have been prosecuted for similar and even less deserve to be apologized to and convictions overturned.

The information Comey laid out means that no such person (Hillary) should ever have a security clearance or be in any kind of govt position of responsibility again.
It sux brutally that the Witch is not going to be prosecuted, but the “political” case is still overwhelming that she is not only unfit for the US Presidency but unfit for any position of public trust, anywhere, ever.
It is now up to Trump and all of us to make that case everywhere for the next 4 months.

At first blush, politically speaking, this might not be a bad result for us. It keeps her in the race - she’s their weakest candidate - and it gives us plenty of fodder, given the language the FBI chose, to nail her in the campaign. Also, this didn’t appear to deal with the Clinton Foundation.
Not a horrible result ( unless you are thinking about the rule of law, and things like that).
This is not a complete political exoneration by any means.

It’s not your job to speculate on how a prosecutor would bring the case!!!! It is the prosecutor’s job to decide to prosecute or not!!!!! It is your job to determine if there were violations - and you just spent 10 minutes telling us there were!!!
