Federal officials may not use private email accounts to get around public records laws, a federal judge ruled on Tuesday.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit overturned a lower court decision in which judges dismissed claims from the Competitive Enterprise Institute, a conservative think tank that attempted to obtain correspondence from a top White House official through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

James B. Comey said Hillary may have behaved unethically but hey, it didnt rise to the level of an indictable offense.
Yeah, sure.
Hey, if Hillary Rotten Criminal becomes President, this means that not only will she keep the black canklette Loretta Lynch as AG, she'll now keep James Comey as FBI Director.

Even at low level insurance companies, or Toys R Us, they'd fire employees for using private email for their corporate business.
Secretary of State, no problem.☺

But the law still applies to you.
You can go to jail if you are found with classified information.

Not if you are a Klintoon. Anyone else can go to jail for removing classified TS data OUTSIDE of it's approved container and "official channel" of distribution (I forgot the actual DOD term used but you get the drift).
The unencrypted server in the basement of HER HOME is NOT in the "official channel" of storing, protecting, and distributing TS-SAP material - SORRY it is that simple.
We have lost the America our founders gave us to serve and protect - IMHO she will be elected by the same hoards of LIV boobs that elected the Magic Negro who most all worship at the church of abortion and perverted sex. This appears to be America's new religion.
How many of those 150 FBI agents are going to tender their resignation over this travesty? I betting NOT ONE. IT is over and get ready for her coronation with gun roundups to commence Feb 1, 2017.

Shrillary was interviewed bvy the FBI on Saturday-—and less than 72 hours later, she escapes indictment.
This administration is the furthest thing from clean as it is possible to get. Transparent isn’t even close to what Obama & his henchmen are shoving at the American people.
Trump will have his hands full chasing down all the lies, cheating, and corruption, but he has to do it. Total dictatorships around the world are not as corrupt as Obama & company.

Comey said, saying the FBI could not find a single case in which a person was charged with crimes for similar actions.
No Controlling Legal Authority
IOW - She behaved more criminally outrageous than anyone in American history.

Worth Repeating
“I was remembering Algore in 2000. I guess if you commit a crime that is original you can never be prosecuted.”
To: FlipWilson
Comey did say that the FBI was able to access some but not all of the 31000 e mails that Hillary and her team wiped and indeed that a portion of those e mails were work related and thus not all personal as Hillary alleged. It would therefore seem to me that those e mails should be accessible under FOIA Act she was trying to circumvent when she destroyed them. That perhaps a Judicial Watch request or the FBI turning them over to the Inspector General to oversee their release to the public record may be in order so voters can see what she was trying to hide before the election.

It depends on whether they belong to the Clinton or 0bama cartels and what their rank is.
This court has no standing in those arenas.
