Comey did say that the FBI was able to access some but not all of the 31000 e mails that Hillary and her team wiped and indeed that a portion of those e mails were work related and thus not all personal as Hillary alleged. It would therefore seem to me that those e mails should be accessible under FOIA Act she was trying to circumvent when she destroyed them. That perhaps a Judicial Watch request or the FBI turning them over to the Inspector General to oversee their release to the public record may be in order so voters can see what she was trying to hide before the election.
