Joni, would be a gutsy pick. Can she talk on her feet?

Totally wrong. We need to term limit the Trump administration just like any other.

Power corrupts. And 16 years can breed a lot of corruption. 8 years from now we will need another revolution.

1st Priority, Life Insurance: Needs to be somebody the establishment would hate to see become President if “something happened” to President Trump. His enemies will literally stop at nothing. This is a very real danger.

2nd Priority: Someone who can carry on the Trump revolution 8 years from now. No way are we giving the country back to the establishment.

In other words, DO NOT make the mistake Reagan made when he picked Bush.

NOT Newt: Too old, weak on fake global warming, etc. But might be a great Chief of Staff.

NOT any of the “NeverTrump” crowd, or any politician who has not already endorsed Trump. That ship has sailed.

Sarah Palin comes to mind, but I think she would cost him votes. We simply cannot afford to lose this one. The fate of the world hangs in the balance.

So... How about Sessions as VP for his 1st term, and Palin in the cabinet? Four years from now, Palin for VP.

Eight years from now, President Palin?

I can always dream...

needs beltway experience? What? I thought that sort of “experience” was the problem!

NO! Get a great general (retired) or businessman — screw the politicians! They can be beat at their own game! Look at Trump!

Don’t fall prey to the “conventional wisdom”. It’s wrong.

Newt seems to be the 2d choice of most whose candidates did not make the cut. Joni is too new/inexperienced. Trump needs someone that exudes beltway experience. Newt does that yet he himself has always been outside the Bush-Romney-McCain-McConnell establishment.

More like the Bush-Romney-McCain-McConnell axis, IMHO.

Sessions said he wasn’t interested, he could replace McConnell

Also, Sessions has no charisma, not a good speaker.

Newt was last speaker who introduced a balanced budget and did it twice.

Newt forced BJ to end generational welfare.

I don’t want a guy who is selected because they are young.
I want experience and someone who can get things done in the Job. Biden is neither.

Ryan shows he was even up to the speakers job.

Joni is a rino, she is a rookie, and they want her one heartbeat from the Presidency.

Other than being in the military and being a woman, Joni has little to offer the ticket.

In her one rebuttal to one of Obama’s speeches, she was awful.

She got elected on a catchy slogan — something about castrating a hog. Catchy slogans won’t help much when you’re running for VP.

The two best VP candidates are Sessions and Newt. I prefer Sessions but Newt would be a good candidate. Newt was at one time a lighting rod for the media.

Rand Paul would be a strategically beautiful pick. That being said, I don’t really care who it is. Trump will pick someone he thinks will help him win. If I don’t understand his choice, well, that’s okay.

Joni Ernst never endorsed either Marco Rubio or Ted Cruz.

I hoped for a military person-—maybe a retired general that actually saw Muslims kill American soldiers.

The agita this would cause liberals would be a delight to see.

Then again-—Trump already solidified the military vote-—he should pick someone who gives him a voting bloc.

Jeff Sessions; he actually has principle, is for borders, and isn’t some attempt to pander to a demographic, which is playing on Democrat turf anyway.

Are these the really bad choices that are meant to make us appreciate a lesser evil that will be chosen later?

That would be great, Sessions as majority leader. Send Turtle Face Mitch McDumbo to the turtle races with a pack of wolves.

Sessions is the one that meets the “remotely satisfactory” threshold. The rest are either bought out, sold out, or mentally unstable.

Judge Jeanine Pirro.

They would be a dynamic duo!

Why all of sudden is it required that Trump names his V.P.?

Why all the excitement about Trump's V.P.? I have never seen this with Barky, didn't see it with the Bushes, didn't see it with Clinton, either time...so why with Trump?

Do some people think he doesn't have the brains God gave a piss ant to pick his own person for V.P., that some dead brain media twits need to do it? And I'm not talking about Drudge...I'm talking about the rest...

It's just like the convention, it's TRUMP'S convention, not anyone else’s ... he is THE NOMINEE!!! Do you see anyone else out on the ‘campaign trail’ besides Trump? NO you don't, so what's all the ‘grasping at pearls’ about???

Trump will make HIS OWN decision, we'll have to wait and see who it is...if that offends you, why aren't you running for office so you can have people pick your people????
