There was a cop/latino shooting this past week in Reno but I haven't seen laraza out in the streets yet. Maybe because the perp was being pursued and aimed his mini-van at a cop while accelerating. I've concluded the LEO killing of ANYONE (except grossly obvious aggression against the cop) is the result of the conditioning fed a cop during training and while on the job.

I don't know what the answer is, but it's like a reverse psychology of our ROE .... warriors do not automatically shoot at the enemy but ask permission.

Leo's are taughtr and trained to suspect everyone (except muzzies, it seems) and have a trigger finger way too loose for too many relatively innocent behaviors ...
