I watched the vid, despite the author’s contention, it could have been a TOW. If the helo is heading towards the gunner his speed is largely irrelevant. TOW has the range and accuracy to hit moving targets. And it really doesn’t matter what kind of helo.
The kind of helo somewhat matters. If Russians are caught lying claiming it was an old Mi-25 instead of their new Mi-35M then what else are they lying about?
Who doesn't think the Russians don't lie? Absent proof I think they lie about most things. All countries do if they think it is in their national or economic interest. The comment about the helo not mattering was in relation to its vulnerability to a TOW.
