Obama may be continually referring to ISIS as ISIL so that if the truth comes out that ISIS is a US/SA construct he can be legally protected.
There was a video on infowars several months ago from the Iraqis that showed during the Fallujah fight there were US helecopters arming ISIS behind the lines.
