A truck with gunmen inside shooting just after a fireworks show, when people have been desensitized to the sound of explosions and are milling around in large groups. That's a nasty bit of planning right there.
On a side note about the media.
I’m streaming Sky news and on many many occasions the talking head has said that they have “Horrific” pictures of the carnage in this attack, but we won’t/can’t show them.
Not that I want to see them.
However, It was the medias displaying of the dead and wounded American Soldiers in Vietnam that led to a shift in public opinion about that war.
I know that the images will find their way “Online” for those that want to see them, but it will never carry the same impact.
