Apparently Pence was a great pick. All my GOP friends who were on the fence about Trump, they are all on board the Trump train now. It amazes me how quickly this has changed!

Trump knows how to play the media. It’s been all about the campaign for a week and will continue through next week with the convention. For a couple weeks it was his short list. Then it was Pence’s carnival interview. Then it was speculation on Pence but still others in the running. Then it was the Pence leak followed by a denial. Then it was (sadly) a delay for Nice. Then yesterday he tweeted his pick. Today is the formal announcement and then the convention. No one can deny he’s a showman and will be leading the lib msm around by their noses.

I just viewed the 12 min link you posted and really liked Pence.
At first I was excited, then reading some posters saying he was pro-amnesty, pro-TPP, felt let down, and last night not knowing what to think.
But after listening to him on Hannity, I feel a lot better.
It is my hope and prayer that the experience of working with DJT will further mold and shape him to be a good successor to our Donald.

Pence had a great conservative radio program for years. “Rush on Decaf”. He speaks very well. No ummmms or uh uh uh.

Noticed the media tried to spin the VP pick.
“Trump wanted to change”
“Trump not happy with VP”
“Trump announced yesterday because it leaked”.
None will admit Trump announced yesterday because it was the last day for Pence to file papers to run for Governor. I guess they will do anything to keep this story going. Afterall, if they admit Trump won the election, what would they report on from now to November? Noticed the L.A. slimes poll had Trump slightly ahead 43/40. Winning 30% Hispanics. Crooked Hillary 51% Hispanics. Hmmm. Interesting.
I felt the same way. I think this was/is a good choice.
And of course Megyn Kelly couldn’t help herself, she had to say something like, “Looks like the campaign that can’t get their act together.”
Every other interviewer is kind, thoughtful, respectful. She’s a bit*h. You learn nothing.
Am I the only one who sees her as a passing fad. Does anyone watch her. Does she have any ratings better than anyone else at night.
I’m sure Hannity beats her, and he’s on late.

Blackberries are turning dark on the bush and muskmelons (cantaloupe) ripening on the vine. We are the fruited plain.
Plenty of ice coffee and tea and we have some wonderful small wineries and brew shops from Lake Michigan to the Ohio.
The Hoosierline is the “Monon”. My grandparents owned the Monon House where the railroaders ate and stayed before their return trip to INDY , Louisville or Chicago their original place of embarkment. Many never made it to their trains final destination but all trainmen made it to Monon.
