NO, there is no justification to stop a peaceful transfer of authority from Obama to Trump. This is the difference between America and true banana republics. We have an order of succession right down to beyond the Speaker of the house. There is never a justification for a former politician to extend power over his duly elected successor.
The Congress would have him for lunch if he even attempted a power grab like that. Even the media could not come out and support it without a massive push back from the masses of people.
Never happen. Martial Law will never come as an excuse that the new President can’t handle the crisis. Never happen.
