At least years ago that’s the way it was. Tough little town.

Hey I remember that place...used to pass through it commuting back and forth from our motel in Manhattan. Daughter and Son-in-Law were both part of the Big Red 1. Number 2 Grandson was born at Fort Riley.

Always remember that Donut Shop on the right-hand side as you approached the Fort.
