How about removing this judge immediately.

I’m good with that. I want every district attorney in the state to publicly state that they will prosecute for perjury anyone who fills out an affidavit falsely as they will verify each and every one.

I would like every affidavit signer to get photographed at the polling place (front and side) plus get thumb-printed. If further investigation finds their affidavit to be fraudulent, then they have what they need for a wanted poster.

I need TWO pieces of photo ID here in Canada to complete a criminal record check. This allows me to watch kids by myself at our church. It is a bit of a pain in the ass, sure, but totally within reason and possible to do.

The judiciary is telling you someone does not have to go through the trouble to get ID? Are they going to prosecute thousands or hundreds of thousands that will presumably lie on their affidavit?

Wonder if the cops could set up a sting at polling stations, like they do to catch DUIs to catch those driving without licenses. I can see it now.

Voter: I have no ID
Cop: How did you get here?
Voter: I drove
Cop: Step right over here, and let’s chat.

Would somebody ask judges and lawyers to name one place where you can’t easily get a photo ID. It is inconceivable that with food stamps, Medicaid, driver’s licenses and on and on, anyone would be unable to get one.

These brilliant minds are really stupid, aren’t they?

This means challenges must be filed to the validity of each such vote.

How is this ruling consistent with Crawford v. Marion County Election Board in which the SCOTUS ruled that voter ID laws are enforceable?

Thank you Tommy Thompson! (He gave us JUDGE Lynn Adelman who has been sowing mischief ever since.)

I can just imagine Democratic organizers handing out “affidavit care packages” with instructions on where to go and how to most easily get and process these affidavits.

Not much worse than my signature at the point-of-sale terminal. How that scrawl is considered legal I’ll never know.

Exactly.

http://www.wpr.org/lawmakers-propose-letting-undocumented-immigrants-get-drivers-licenses

“Assembly Speaker Robin Vos is concerned that issuing driver’s licenses to undocumented immigrants will not only allow them to drive, but also vote. Bill co-author Rep. JoCasta Zamarripa, D-Milwaukee, said it’s less about immigration than public safety.

“All due respect to the speaker, it just doesn’t make sense,” said Zamarripa. “If he’s concerned and he thinks everybody with a driver’s license is a citizen, that’s not true.”

Deport them. Problem solved.

“Progressive” means a judge can just make up a new law on the spot.

Adelman, a Clinton appointee, ran for Congress and lost THREE TIMES.
So Clinton sticks him on the District Court, where he just makes up laws from the bench.
And the law he just made up will likely benefit Bubba’s wife.
Surprise, surprise.

Part of signing an Affidavit is proving to the Notary Public that you are who you say you are, via ID.

If they don’t require ID, this won’t be an Affidavit at all — just a sheet of paper with a “signature” on it. They could sign it Mickey Mouse or Donald Duck, and they’ll be allowed to vote all the same.

Can we take a photo of them as they sign the affidavit so we can prosecute them later for identity fraud?

Fight this. This is how the cheating will be done.

All of the events of today are a complete distraction...RNC speeches, Michelle Obama, Meggie Kelly....who cares.

Police are being executed, the President is bolstering black racists, terror attacks are becoming daily occurrences and Hillary Clinton compromised national security, among other issues.

We must keep the argument on point.
