Anti-Trump forces think they can get a candidate next week [Not April Fools]
Washington Examiner ^ | July 19, 2016 | Joel Grehrke

Donald Trump's most persistent opponents from the Right believe that they can recruit a major presidential candidate to run in the fall election, perhaps even within the next several days.

"We believe that it's not only possible but it is plausible that a candidate will emerge, will get on the ballot, and will fight to give Americans a better option, and so we're not giving up," Better for America chief strategist Joel Searby said Tuesday evening before a like-minded crowd in Cleveland.

Although he won’t say it at NR, I think VDH supports Trump. Based on his comments on Fox and CNN, Fund is sympathetic.

NR has excommunicated some very good writers/thinkers for minor indiscretions, such as Mark Steyn. The Derbyshire case was also unfortunate. I think it could have been handled differently. These are just a few examples.

Whoever the paymasters are of all these hacks want Hillary. They are all doing the bidding of whoever signs their paychecks or invests in their publications. They could not care less about the future of the USA.

Something that is possible may occur, however unlikely that is to happen.

Something that is plausible sounds reasonable.

It is possible that the dog ate my homework, but that is not plausible.

From the article:

“”We think we can spool up a presidential campaign in a matter of days, that’s how much talent we have,” Searby said.”

Back in my youth, we also came up with such ideas, over beers and bongs. Pretty much all of the few that were actually attempted were spectacular failures and embarrassing to be associated with.

It will be my fervent hope that if such a gambit takes place, it will be recorded in history like that of John Anderson, circa 1980.

Another good example. Thank you. Am I right that from a probability standpoint: possible < plausible < probable?

You’ve lost folks, and with every little temper tantrum act you pull, the more you alienate yourselves.... You can’t and won’t win. Don’t have to like it, but that’s reality.

All of them are TRAITORS, and it’s damned time we start treating them as such.

That these MoFos would rather have illary than President Trump enrages me.

That’s possible.

Yes, I agree with you:

Impossible/possible/plausible/probable or likely/inevitable
