““lying Ted” vendetta “

Ted lied about Trump, profusely. He is an epic liar.

*************
Did Ted lie about all the contributions that Trump made to Hillary in earlier years? They are all in the public record.

But consider this — most of Cruz’s supporters will vote for Trump despite these contributions and other grave policy differences. I wish most of Trump’s supporters could say the same about Cruz.

A colossal blunder by Cruz - his myopic vision only sees things in terms of himself.

Cruz quite simply is going back on his word. And trying to defend it with principles. Then he even went back on that when he said it was personal (Trump attacked his wife and dad).

I feel sorry for him he is clearly in pain. So much so that his thinking is clouded.

He’s through. Even if Hillary wins, Cruz is through. I sent him money - I supported him early, never bashed him. But dang he screwed the pooch on this and he is done. The commercials of him pledging and repledging to support the nominee then not doing so, being booed off the stage, then taking question after question about not fulfilling his pledge are already being made by Cruz’s opponents in 2 years.

He’s done.

Ted Cruz will not vote for Hillary Clinton, he said at a Texas delegation briefing Thursday morning, but said that he was not ready to back Donald Trump.

Cruz walked the Texas delegation through his thinking in giving Wednesday’s speech.

More Harvard Lawyer BS.

Ted just go away and leave us alone. We have to stop Clintoon from being another 8 years of Obama II.

‘Just heard on Chris Plante that Cruz tried to meet with Sheldon Adelson and was told he wan’t welcome.’

It’s a little worse than that. Adelson had extended a personal invitation, earlier in the day, for Cruz to visit him in his suite after the speeches. After Cruz refused to honor his pledge, Adelson rescinded the invitation...leaving Cruz standing outside in the hallway.

A non-vote is a non vote. That is all. This "non-vote = vote for the other guy" meme is, was, and always will be stupid and false. Abstention from voting adds nothing to anybody's vote total. What it means is that the abstainer sees no meaningful difference between the available (viable) candidates, and dislikes them both.

Now ... I can understand people disliking Trump. I can understand people disliking Hillary. I CAN'T understand anybody seeing no meaningful difference between them. That's just ignorant.

I'll be voting for Trump. I still think he's a pompous ass.

Don't try to deny Ted lied about trump over and over and over. Many lies of omission too. Way worse than Trump retweeting a tweet with Ted's wife grimacing.

Trump NEVER lied about Cruz the way Cruz did about Trump. Never. And all that lying came from a person who wrote a book called “A Time For Truth”. I bought a copy - what a shameful waste that was. And I still would have voted for him had he been the nominee.

He signed a pledge to support the nominee. He reneged. Ipso facto, Lyin’ Ted is a liar. Cantorize his ass in 2020!

That wasn’t even clever as a lyric in a stupid rock-n-roll song from a grossly overrated band.

It falls woefully short of serious analysis.

‘Trump is also to blame for this situation. His “lying Ted” vendetta needlessly created bad blood. And, for all of you “Cruz-is-dead-to-me” posters out there, consider how you would have responded if somebody referred to you as “lying (whoever you are).”’

During the NH primary Cruz approved a Trump-smear campaign ad. It stated, and I quote, “Trump has made himself rich by using eminent domain.”

The truth is that Trump hasn’t made one penny from using eminent domain. Not one single cent. This is a well established and easily verified fact.

I witnessed (via the Net, not in perdon) Trump’s reaction to Cruz after that ad started running (in heavy rotation). Trump was gobsmacked. He said he’d seen some of the world’s best liars, but Cruz topped them all.

It was right after that that Trump started the Lyin’ Ted meme. If Cruz didn’t like it, he should have apologized for that vile, vicious and one-hundred percent false ad.
