Hindus for Donald Trump

We as a people, and I as businessman, believe that both material and spiritual human prosperity come from a system in which individuals are free to pursue their dreams and aspirations, where private enterprise creates economic expansion and jobs, and where government involvement in the lives of the citizenry is limited. Human development comes from individuals, families and communities, and not from government, which only spends taxpayers’ money without much regard for its value.

Some four million Hindus reside in the United States.

That is how Pakistan and Bangladesh were born. At one time those three counties made up India.

Hindus and Muslims don’t really get along do they?

Nope. OTOH, muslims don't even get along with other muslims...

To this day we see them carry on things that are quintessentially of their Arabic origins.

Yes. Just yesterday I walk telling an Indian co-worker that for some reason I really liked Indians, despite having been displaced by H1-Bs on multiple occasions.

I think it’s the attitude, and the sense of humor, but it could be the food...

I have heard of a Jewish account connected with the life of Abraham, that his sons by his wife Ketubah went to what we now call India and carried an account of the Jehovah God that had tapped Abraham. An echo of this is what we might be seeing in the Hindu concept of “Brahman,” the most exalted deity. It could be this regard of “Brahman” is what keeps the philosophy of Hindu believers oriented as well as it is — militates against it turning inward to the basest human passions. But as I mentioned, the encounter with Christian leadership during colonial days could not have hurt here, bringing explicitly biblical ideas as it did. There were some wantonly destructive things the British did not tolerate, such as suttee. Other things in Hindu faith were recognized by Hindu philosophers as rhyming well enough with the beliefs of the British, that the British were persuaded — such as the Indian independence movement.

And then there's Bollywood and the Kamasutra to consider.

One gift of Arabic origin is the invention by a Palestinian Arab of the cell phone bomb ... all else was either stolen from someone else or preserved for personal gain/reasons by some Arab. All else they destroyed/burnt - which includes most classical writers works, art, buildings, and nearly utterly destroyed classical Christianity to the point that only dim memories remain.

The second gift to western civilization is slavery in the form most people today think of it - as bondage, hatred, chains whips, and so on. (Classical slavery was more like indentured servants with no or few social restrictions).

To borrow from Jewish terminology again, a lot of them are “mensches.” They care about what should be cared about. I have been far more ill used by some people who called themselves Christian or at least religious in a Western sense, than by people of Indian background. The latter have sometimes met me skeptically at first, but then sooner or later we warmed up to one another.

Not talking about modern mischief. When not at war, there is a thread of oriental social custom, not itself inherently hateful, that Western evangelists, at least, find difficult to break into.

But excellent observation; the chattel slavery that proved such a poisonous factor to many Western countries including the United States was pushed by Arabic pushers.

What a way to get our cotton picked! It wasn’t free or cheap after all.

You seem to be an Islamic apologist - True? False?

I am a “truth apologist” without discrimination as to whom is favored.

Hate the ameliorating effects of the grace of God, then go rail at Him for all the good it will do.

Yes, God groans for such as you, who cannot yield to truth wherever it is.

I learned that blanket damnations ended up impotent.
