full title.....Exclusive: Suspected Russian hack of DNC widens — includes personal email of staffer researching Manafort

Just weeks after she started preparing opposition research files on Donald Trump’s campaign chairman Paul Manafort last spring, Democratic National Committee consultant Alexandra Chalupa got an alarming message when she logged into her personal Yahoo email account.

“Important action required,” read a pop-up box from a Yahoo security team that is informally known as “the Paranoids.” “We strongly suspect that your account has been the target of state-sponsored actors.”

Chalupa — who had been drafting memos and writing emails about Manafort’s connection to pro-Russian political leaders in Ukraine — quickly alerted top DNC officials. “Since I started digging into Manafort, these messages have been a daily occurrence on my Yahoo account despite changing my password often,” she wrote in a May 3 email to Luis Miranda, the DNC’s communications director, which included an attached screengrab of the image of the Yahoo security warning.

Hahaha...surely her name isn’t really “Chalupa?” She just saw that word on a menu in some Mexican food joint, and knowing the Democrats’ penchant for diversity, was able to get a job whether or not she could figure out a computer email account.

Sounds like a name straight out of "Idiocracy".

Ahem, Democratic Party bigwigs ...

The topic is why you all conspired to cheat Bernie out of a fair chance in the nomination process.

DON’T CHANGE THE SUBJECT, BIG MEDIA.

The topic is not who leaked these. BTW, has anyone in the Dem Party ever said these e-mails are fakes??

THis is going to backfire on the Dems.

They came up with the Putin/Trump sideshow.

But it all is about emails and security. If the DNC needs security, surely a home brew server isn’t enough to protect our most precious secrets.

We have “Roscoe’s Tacos.” His daytime commercials are a spoof on ambulance chaser commercials.

“I’ll get you the taco you deserve.”

If you do not feel an innate revulsion upon reading my haikus, then I have failed.

If you know anything about female anatomy the "Huma con queso" line is absolutely revolting. In other words, "Success!"

If it is true....yes they have done a huge favor. Then again...why would Russia do this to hillary? They got Uranium One and a huge Beoing contract via madam secretary/teamobama.

It's kind of entertaining to watch Democrats suddenly gripped by Reds-under-the-bed anti-Russia paranoia. #TailgunnerHillary— David Burge (@iowahawkblog) July 25, 2016

Assuming that Putin is behind the Wikileaks release of this info, one can see a myriad of possible motivations:

First off, this is not stuff that he can “hold back” for later because if Hillary is elected, it loses any value;

Secondly, Putin (I am certain) would rather deal with a Realpolitik American counterpart who will be a partner with him in what is foreign policy #1 concern of both the USA and Russia: Islamic Terrorism;

This is one case where the US electing a PC-totem worshipping, Islamic Terror-denying ninny like Hillary is NOT in Russia’s advantage. Russia has been dealing with external - and internal - threats due to Islamism for over a generation now, and they know its a mortal enemy of all civilization - even more so to Russia than the US....

Ironic that they’re trying to make hay about “a foreign nation meddling in our elections” after all the foreign money the Clintons have taken and promises rendered. They/she has been selling the nation to the foreign Nations themselves...

The question is will Hillary respond to environmentalists or allow American industry to make us energy independent. Since energy independence means we won’t be taking 50% of the worlds oil, the Russians and every other country that relies on oil heavily for financing their budget will do what they can to prevent us from reaching that goal.

That suggests the Russian disinformation program thinks aligning Trump with Russia in people’s minds will sway them to vote for Hillary.

They actually plan to use the “Trump is a Russian spy” distraction.

Remember it was Hillary that sold Uranium One to Russia when she was Sec of State. A very damaging act against US interests.
