Some of us aren’t fooled by Hugh Hewitt one bit.

Hewitt arrived here in SoCal with his carpet bag back when we were in the middle of the Prop 187 fight in 1994.

Prop 187 was the first attempt in the country for grassroots voters to do something about the illegal alien flood for those who don’t remember.

Well Hugh Hewitt sided with the illegals and his GOPe treason lobby pals against the grassroots California conservatives who worked hard to pass Prop 187. And that tells you what Hugh Hewitt is at his core and always has been. He’s a court flunky of the GOP-establishment that supports, that he is part of, and which he tries to pass off as “conservative” to his audience. It was no surprise back then when the LA PBS outlet hired him as their house “conservative”, it was like the New York Times hiring David Brooks.

I really never heard of Hewitt. He showed up as a “conservative” questioner in the debates and I immediately realized he was a RINO and had no clue what a conservative was. He seems to have faded out and I don’t want him back.
