In America, the Amish population is increasing exponentially.

Until the return of Christ, there is no government of man
that is going to be perfect; but government does not have
to be Clinton Hog Wallow!

After the Obama fiasco, DONALD JOHN TRUMP cannot on his
worst day out-do the Democrats with corruption and graft
or do the damage to Israel that this Muslim has done to
her! MARANATHA! . . but, until then, Christians must occupy
and stand and deliver!

On the one hand you have a blustering candidate who has had three marriages, several bankruptcies, and hundreds of lawsuits - all actions that are antithetical to what Amish believe in.

On the other hand you have an untrustworthy candidate who supports abortion and who couldn't tell the truth if her life depended on it - all also antithetical to what the Amish believe in.

I'm predicting that they will sit this one out.

Indiana comes in third according to my reading. The oldest community was founded around 1841.

Some of you will follow CRUZ, the so-called Christian, off
the precipice of “Liar’s Leap”.

IF it is the will of Almighty God that DONALD J. TRUMP be
elected POTUS, (in spite of all his human failings), then
you are kicking against the pricks and he will be elected.

IF it is the will of Almighty God that HILLARY CLINTON be
elected POTUS, batten down your hatches and cover your
head; because you are in for a very bumpy ride. I will
simply think it indicates that America is KAPUT and
beyond help.

Either way I think it’ll be done without much Amish participation.

Just one problem. The Amish don’t vote.

The Amish aren't opposed to voting in principle. They just tend to concern themselves with local matters, and probably view national elections as too remote to concern them. Somewhere around 10-15% of Amish do vote in national elections.

Yes, a strong third according to this.

No other state has more than 20,000 and these three states account for about 2/3rds of the Amish population in America.

This is rather odd. As a rule the Amish eschew politics and don’t vote. How would they even go about setting up a PAC without using some level of modern technology, like a computer? And the name Ben King does not sound very German to me.

I am calling BS on this.

This is huge. Amish typically stay out of elections. They do vote and I assume republican but this is great.

No. As a rule the Amish eschew politics and avoid voting. This very short story sounds pretty bogus to me. for a number of reasons. There is virtually no way anyone could set up a PAC without the use of modern technology which is a no-no for the Amish They have never shown any interest in our “English” politics and believe it is one of the things of the world to be shunned. The name Ben King sounds pretty non-German to me.

Pending some better evidence this sounds like BS.

It probably is BS. However, the Amish might have somebody else do it. While they oppose driving a car, for example, there is no prohibition against riding in a car if a non-Amish drives it. At least this is true for some of them.

Riding in modern transportation is sometimes allowed in cases of necessity. I don’t think that extends to politics though.
